Montagu Evans has been directly involved with the successful delivery of single and mixed use regeneration projects throughout the United Kingdom over a period of many years. Our experience, which pre-dates many Government initiatives for recycling brownfield sites, is founded on a number of high profile and landmark schemes.

Our strong reputation stems from being able to bring a range of professional and agency based services into the physical regeneration process, blending technical and market led expertise to the design, implementation and delivery stages of major projects. At the conceptual stage we are able to provide key inputs into the master planning process, assessing the scale and content of design alternatives against commercial criteria and, where appropriate, public realm aims. We can provide detailed property appraisals and cash flows and are able to build highly complex financial models to evaluate and illustrate returns from alternative development strategies applying risk and sensitivity analysis.

With the scheme design settled, sustaining the momentum of a regeneration project is of key importance to successful delivery. We can assist in achieving this by providing the expertise necessary to successfully navigate the planning and site assembly processes thereby helping to constrain risk and cost exposure. We are able to assist with joint venture creation and funding partnerships. Looking forward, we are able to provide comprehensive advice on lettings, marketing, management and subsequently, investment disposals.

We have extensive experience of working with public/private partnerships, and with statutory undertakers in connection with transport and water based schemes. Our involvement with major projects means that we are adept at working in conjunction with other consultants and taking the lead in team wide initiatives. Our skills are recognised by our wide range of clients, including institutions, private developers, statutory undertakers, local authorities and development agencies.
