Our detailed property knowledge and professionalism is no more important than in the realms of acting as an Expert Witness and giving Evidence in Arbitration, Public Inquiry, Lands Tribunal or Court.

We have a number of Partners who have acted as Expert Witnesses covering a range of subjects, but most usually evidence is focused on:

A number of our Partners are registered with the RICS Expert Witness Registration Scheme and are conversant with all of the guidance on the provision of evidence, be it in written or oral form.  Each Partner has at least 15 years experience within their field of expertise.

Acting as an Expert requires meticulous preparation as well as a thorough knowledge of the matter in hand.  It can often involve an understanding of complex issues and unravelling opposing claims or arguments whilst maintaining impartiality in order to give an unbiased opinion that will assist the Court or other appointed body in reaching a suitable conclusion.
